Membership/Training 

The Club Welcomes new Members of all abilities from Age 8 upwards. The following information should help you contact the correct section of the Club.

Senior &/or experienced T & F Athletes 

Please e-mail your details Event/Standard/Tel No/ name of current Club (where applicable) to the membsecretary@bmhac.co.uk   Your enquiry will then be passed onto a coach who will contact you or come along to the track (near Club Hut) at 6.30 pm any Tuesday or Thursday and meet Coach Dawn Stanley who will direct you to a suitable training group.

Veteran T & F Athletes

Road Running

Intro Track & Field Group Boys/Girls

Tuesdays & Thursdays.  Come along at 6.30pm and ask for Coach Sue Pett, located by the Club pavilion. Sue  will give you further details about the club and training arrangements then arrange for you to move to an appropriate training group.  Unfortunately it is not practical for coaches to provide details during the coaching sessions so please keep to the start time, or wait to speak with the coach at the end of the session. 
There is £2 per session training fee until you become a full member.
After training for a few sessions you will be asked to decide whether you wish to join the club, complete a membership form and pay the Junior Membership fee which is currently £26.50 (half year).  Please note, that on joining there is a commitment to participate in all or most league competitions, where you will be competing within a team in 1 to 4 events within your own age group (Under 13/Under 15/Under 17 Boys/Girls).
Track & Field season 2010 dates will be available March 2010.
For U17s upwards the National Junior League dates may also apply.

There is also a range of Open meetings and Championships where you can take part in individual competition.

8 - 11 yr old Boys/Girls  (to end of School Yr 6) 

Meet coach Cheryll Ragan on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the grassed area between the main car park and the Down Grange track at 6.30 pm prompt (1 hr session).
No need to book.

Cost is £2.00 per session until membership is taken up.
