THE PROGRAMME WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. PRE-ENTRIES WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.

Entries before the day £3.00 for one event or £5.00 for more than one event.
Pre-entries must reach the Entry Secretary by 18th July 2010.
Entries on the day from 6.00pm £5.00 for one event or £7.00 for more than one event
Please register at least 1 hour prior to the events.
U13s events as permitted by UK Athletics Rules.

No entries permitted from U11s.

ALL TRACK RACES WILL BE SEEDED USING DECLARED PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS AND CAN COMPRISE MALES AND FEMALES (Normally Seperate).
ALL FIELD EVENTS WILL BE FOR ALL AGE GROUPS& BOTH SEXES.
UNDER 13’s MAY COMPETE WITH OLDER AGE GROUPS WHEN UKA RULES PERMIT. REMEMBER UNDER 13 DOES NOT INCLUDE UNDER 11s UNLESS THEY WILL BE OVER 11 BY 31th August 2010.
