HELP NEEDED - 28TH APRILHi everyone,We need your help! As you all know we are hosting the Wessex League next weekend on Sunday 28th April. Being able to sell refreshments is a significant opportunity for us to raise some much needed funds for the Club and we really need your support to make this happen. We are looking for;1. volunteers to donate food items (e.g. cakes) which we can sell; and 2. people who might be willing to donate an hour or two to help “man” the refreshments stall (perhaps whilst your children are competing? You will get good visibility of the track). Ideally we need a couple of people working together as it will get rather busy (over 400 athletes and their families will be there on the day!)We have created a GoogleDoc so that we can try and organise things and make sure we get a variety of items to sell (sweet and savoury).
