Entries for this years speed decathlon and combined events competition open on Sunday 20th July.
The competition takes place at Down Grange, Basingstoke and the date for the diary is Saturday 27th September

The competitions include
A one hour decathlon for men and women, a 42 minute heptathlon for ladies and the increasingly popular team decathlon, where up to 4 athletes complete the 10 disciplines between them, however you choose. Age/sex graded points are awarded in all competitions.
